I didn't end up doing my errands last night, so I got my workout in, no problemo. 30 minutes on the elliptical and work with weights.
Tonight will be another story. I'm planning on getting the workout in, but I have LOTS of stores to hit later on and I know I'll be really tired to get moving. Good thing, my boyfriend has been really good with his workouts. He'll motivate me to get mine in.
My eating hasn't been really great. I know I'm really going to have to start working on that to get the maximum results of my new workout regime. I think I might wait until after Christmas to really start watching what I eat.

Don't worry, this is a work tree, not a house tree.
And totally off topic:

So I totally understand why you have to go to multiple stores to shop, but I applaud you for actually doing it! I always say I'm going to but then I get lazy.
ReplyDeleteTraffic court? When I was a court reporter, I worked in the circuit not magistrage--and when I had to sub in magistrate, I thought I'd go out of my mind. Hated traffic court with a passion.
