Healthy You Challenge Update #1

Unfortunately, there is no Healthy Me. For the past week, I have eaten way too much and have not exercised one bit.

I'm on track so far today (Tuesday), but until the day is over I cannot post a victory or a comeback yet.

The scale was down a bit yesterday morning, but it must have been a fluke since I've been a glorious glutton since my last weigh-in.

Here's to another shot at this.


  1. You will get there! We all have bad days or weeks, and then we get back into the groove. Good luck! Don't beat yourself up, because you can't change the past.

  2. We've all been there, girl. Just don't give up. Start RIGHT NOW - just do it! You can!

  3. Hang on & just jump right back into it.
    You are starting over because you never really quit. You're not a quitter! You may have had a few off days, but that is the past & you can move forward!
