I'm only concentrating on the good points of my day so here goes:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal, almonds, banana

Dinner: Rice, Chicken breast with Lime Juice, green beans
Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical.
2 out of 3 meals isn't bad, if I say so myself.

Welcome to the HYC! Great job ellipticalling (is that a word?) for 30 minutes!!! It does feel great to work up sweat. The elliptical is my favorite machine.
