I finally did it...

Yes, people! I did it! I jumped on my elliptical machine and went at it for 30 minutes straight! I even did it at a higher intensity than I have been doing it. It felt good to feel the sweat dripping down my face again!

I'm only concentrating on the good points of my day so here goes:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal, almonds, banana

Dinner: Rice, Chicken breast with Lime Juice, green beans
(Sorry...I didn't think of taking a picture until after I had eaten it all.)

Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical.

2 out of 3 meals isn't bad, if I say so myself.

  1. Welcome to the HYC! Great job ellipticalling (is that a word?) for 30 minutes!!! It does feel great to work up sweat. The elliptical is my favorite machine.
