Went a little too food crazy...

I ate a wee bit too much yesterday.

No Pictures. My camera's battery died. =(
Breakfast: Bacon wrap, Dr. Pepper (I really haven't been feeling my oatmeal, so I stopped and picked up something).

Lunch: Rice, Picada (potato and beef soup)

Snack: Strawberries, Oats and Chocolate Bar

Here's what I shouldn't have eaten:
1.5 slices of Papa John's Pepperoni Pizza
Boyfriend had his uncles over to watch the Colombia - Peru (2010 World Cup Qualifiers) game. I didn't watch the game, but I still ate some grub!

Dinner: Rice, Tilapia with Shrimp, Salad

Another thing I could have done without: slice of cake, 8oz. cola
A cousin of Boyfriend's dad was visiting from Colombia these past couple of weeks. Well, she was leaving so she brought some cake for everybody. It was good!

Exercise: 30 minutes on the elliptical

I'm glad to say that I've completed 3 consecutive days of exercise. It's getting hard though. I wish I could have a day off and not do anything. But I'm not really in the position to give myself a break. Once, I have got this working out thing down (i.e. I'm consistent, I'm losing weight, I'm not going weeks without activity, etc.) I can finally loosen up and take a break here and there. Until then, I just have to keep on truckin'.


  1. Great job on the exercise!!! It will become a routine, until it feels almost "strange" for you to not hit the gym hehe :>

  2. Don't make the exercise so dreadful that you stop altogether though. A break is okay, it gives your body a chance to recover.

  3. Time to get back on track to have an awesome week!
