Healthy You Challenge Update #3

Again, it's been awhile since I've posted because I've been staying away from weight loss. Silly me let the scale creep back up 0.8 pounds. Not yet where I started, but almost there.

Monday was a pretty good day for me. Foodwise, it was ok. A lot better than what I have been doing. Hey, I just realized I didn't drink any soda. That's a great feat for me since soda pretty much runs through my veins (Coca-cola is life). I was in the pool for a long while swimming and stuff, so that counts for some exercise, right? I also did 15 minutes on the elliptical machine and I did some free weights. Go me!

I wish I had a loss to celebrate but I'm hoping next week I will. I am really going to push myself. It's time to show what I'm really made of. =)

P.S. If you're going to go see Transformers 2, the way to go is IMAX!! Totally worth the extra 5 bucks!


  1. Staying away from soda is a great decision! It really will make a quick difference.

  2. Keep going, you're doing great. Yeah, that Coke will get you - watch out!! Swimming definitely counts. Have a great week.
