...so I'll post about Sunday!
Sunday was just OK. Had some things that I really shouldn't have eaten but like always, it could have been a lot worse.
Breakfast: 1 T peanut butter, 1 slice of bread, milk
Snack: popcorn, coke, shortbread cookies
30 minutes on the elliptical (Woohoo!! I'm on a two day roll!!)
Dinner: some type of pork, beans, rice, avocado
Later on: had a piece of Boyfriend's lasagna
Hmm? It doesn't seem like too much food, but I sure did feel the fluff throughout the day. It could have been the soft drinks. I have definitely got to stop drinking that stuff.
I'm not too worried about losing much weight right now. What I want to lose is inches. I know you can be losing inches but not losing pounds. You know what I mean? So I really want to concentrate on doing some strength workouts and using my weights. You see, I'm leaving to California in a couple of weeks for my cousin's wedding. Well, there is a dress and some shorts that I really need to squeeze myself into. I need them to fit and for me to be comfortable in them. I'm really hoping I get to where I need to be. I know it's a short time frame, but I'm going to try my hardest to lose whatever I can lose.
