Uh oh...

And a HYC update.

So I stepped on the scale this morning for my weekly weigh-in. 261.8. Wow. That's the highest I've ever been.

I don't know if it was the soda binge I went on this holiday weekend, all the food I've been eating finally catching up to me, or because I worked with weights last night and my muscles are retaining a crapload of water that put me where I'm at (I'm hoping it's the latter). I have really got to get it together. Because sooner than you know it, it'll be 262, then 265, then 270, until I finally hit 300. Oh my, I'm only 39 pounds from 300. Oy vey!

Yesteday's eating was ok, but there was some things I really shouldn't have eaten.

Breakfast: raisin bran, milk, OJ
Lunch: rice and beans
Snack: orange
Dinner: rice, chicken, potato, plantain

Un-called fors: pack of Knotts Berry Farm Cookies, 2 PB cups, 1 turkey, cheese, and mayo sandwhich

Workout - 25 minutes on the elliptical, weights


  1. Get that soda out of your life!!!! It's the absolute worst. Kick it up a notch and let's get you down to the LOWEST you've ever been. :-D

  2. I've gotta back Mama Bear here on the soda. I have no more than one a week &, in actuality, am more likely drinking one Coke Zero every other week.

    Are you getting your veggie servings? That might be something to consider when looking at food. The more veggies I eat, the less I eat & the better I feel.
