Time for drastic measures...

I finally caved.

I just wasn't doing it with eating whatever I wanted without counting calories, points, etc. So I decided to join the millions of others and count points. Yes, I am now a weight watcher.

First off, I'm not going to meetings. I would love to, but 40 bucks a month is really a luxury and I'm just not in the right place to splurge on luxuries. So I'm using material that I have from an attempt I made to follow weight watchers not too long ago. I believe it was last year. Plus, there are so many helpful tools on the internet at my disposal. Maybe, one day, I will make it official and get my butt to meetings.

Now, I am not a stranger to weight watchers. I tried it once way back when and my last feeble attempt was, like I mentioned, last year. I guess I can say my heart really wasn't in the right place so I never took full advantage of what I was paying for.

So, I'm on my first day of counting points. It's going ok so far. But it's only 10 am.

Maybe I'm speaking too soon, but I feel really good about this.

  1. Good Luck! The plan definitely works if you follow it!

  2. Oh honey, we're *all* weight watchers, lol, you're just making it official now. ;)

Holding yourself accountable for every bite can really make a difference. I hope it is a positive change for you & that you'll be posting a loss for your next weigh in.

  3. I think you'll like Weight Watchers. It gives you some freedom, yet teaches good choices. I wish you well!

  4. Welcome to Weight Watchers! I hope you do well! There are some days that I definately struggle, but WW really does teach you about making good choices

  5. We all have our methods that will work for us. Hope WW is yours. It's all about making healthy choices. I know you can do it!

  6. Good luck with weight watchers! You can do it!!!
