I'll take whatever I can get!

Yesterday was another OK day for me. My eating was way better. There were some things that I should not have eaten but I'm not going to stress about them. I didn't get a chance to workout though. I need to workout as soon as I get home. Usually, I like to rest for a bit but that makes it too easy to get lazy and do nothing.

Breakfast: oatmeal, almonds, apple
Snack: yogurt
Lunch: rice, beans, 2 oz. of roasted pork
Snack: carrots, green peppers, dip
snack: Orange
Dinner: rice, eggplant and beef dish, 2 tostones
Dessert: Fudge Pop (greatest invention ever!! low cal and chocolatey!)

Things that shouldn't have made it to my list: 4 Hershey kisses, shortbread cookies (those pesky things!!)

Things that didn't make it onto my list: soda, Fast food.

So I was good on somethings but just a little bad on other things. I'll most definitely take that! Plus, the fluffy feeling is subsiding a bit. It's always a good day when I don't feel so fluffy!


  1. I slipped and fell on a shortbread cookie yesterday too. I'm going to call it a treat and move on. Glad you're feeling less fluffy lately!

  3. FInding time for workouts can be tough! By the time I get home I am exhausted and end up never leaving the couch.
