I've been bad...

No workouts for the past 3 days.

No self-control when it comes to eating.

I think I'm back to where I started on the scale (maybe even higher).

Eating crap these past few days is making me feel like crap.

"I can't hide this fluffy feeling..."



  1. ::hugs:: No worries! You'll get back at it again! Remember though you aren't being bad. It's just food. The workouts you can easily make up for and today is a new day!

  2. Fake it until you make it. Honestly, it's the only thing you can do sometimes. You'll get back on track soon. If you keep going through the motions, eventually your spark will be rekindled.

    Hang in there!

  3. Don't stress over it! It happens. You'll get back on track in a day or so and your body will adjust quickly!
