Day 1

If you look at the title of this post, you'll see that I have completed Day 1 of semi-good eating and a workout.

The workout consisted of HIIT for 30 minutes. It was awesome.

The plan for this week is to work out 5 days.

Another plan is to eat better.

Remember, failing to plan is planning to fail.


  1. we all need to start somewhere. I think I've had about 3 unofficial 'day one's since I've started :) you can absolutely do this

  3. I love that expression-I recite it to my children all the time, they just love me for it! LOL! You are doing great. 30 minutes of HIIT must have had you dripping with sweat.

  4. As long as you keep having Day Ones, you're good: it means you haven't given up. :)

  5. karen - yes!! that's why I love HIIT so much, I get a great, sweat drenched workout in only 30 minutes!
